Bishop's Open Huge Success in Support of Feed My Sheep Ministry
|
|
This year the Feed My Sheep Ministry was the recipient of the proceeds of the Bishop’s Open. Thirty golfers spent a beautiful day on the Mountain View golf course in State College along with Bishop Scanlan (who is not a golfer but can drive a mean golf cart) in support of the Feed My Sheep Ministry. Eighteen parishes made donations to the event and over $7,000.00 was raised to support Deacon Wanda in her cause to feed all God’s sheep in the Episcopal Diocese of Central Pennsylvania.
