The 143rd Diocesan Convention will take place at the Ramada Conference Center, State College.
 

Convention hosts: Lancaster Convocation, The Rev. Jonathan Currier and Mrs. Judy Donnelly (conveners)

The featured keynote speaker is The Rt. Rev. Sean Rowe, bishop of the Diocese of Northwestern Pennsylvania.


Episcopal Youth Presence at Diocesan Convention
 

The Diocese of Central Pennsylvania celebrates young people who are the church and affirm that we need their voice, gifts, and leadership to fully represent who we are as the body of Christ. Students in grades 10-12 may apply to be one of 14 Youth Delegates who have seat, and voice during our 143rd Diocesan Convention. Find out more and apply here.

April 24 - Northern Tier & West Branch - St. Paul's, Wellsboro, 7 p.m.
April 25 - Susquehanna & Altoona - St. Matthew's, Sunbury, 7 p.m.
May 1 - Harrisburg, Lancaster & Southern - St. Edward's, Lancaster, 7 p.m.


Plan now to attend in preparation for Diocesan Convention in June.

Volunteers from both “inside and outside” of St. Andrew’s, State College make a difference in the community every Thursday from 5 p.m. until 6:45 p.m. Read here how the “Community Café” provides food, fellowship and a chance for volunteers to do God’s work.


 

Stewardship Workshops for Church Leaders

Attention church leaders - stewardship workshops will be offered on April 6 at St. Thomas, Lancaster, and on April 13 at Trinity Pro-Cathedral, Williamsport.
 

Workshops will include Creating the Engaged Church, Encouraging the Second Visit, and The Spirituality of Stewardship. Learn more hereNEW: Child care will be available for the April 13 session.  Please contact trinitychurchpa@comcast.net for details.
